As a public body Arts Council of Wales is part of the National Fraud Initiative and takes steps to ensure that both you and we do not suffer from Financial Fraud. We are required to upload data, including suppliers information to a national database

This does mean that we require Invoices to be sent to us in the correct legal format. You can get full details about what is required form the  hmrc web site

Invoices must contain

  • a unique identification number
  • your company name, address and contact information
  • the company name and address of the customer you're invoicing
  • a clear description of what you're charging for
  • the date the goods or service were provided (supply date)
  • the date of the invoice
  • the amount(s) being charged
  • VAT amount if applicable
  • the total amount owed
  • Please also quote your account name, number and sort code, the booking ID and your order number on invoices sent to Arts Council of Wales

Rural Touring Conference 2016

The National Rural Touring Conference takes place 5th - 7th July 2016 at Falmouth University in Cornwall.If you are interested in attending as a promoter from Wales please contact the Night Out office, bursaries may be available.
